We do accept cash, bank trasnfer, eftpos and most credit cards (visa, mastercard, amex). There’s no surcharge for using credit cards. If you’d like to use any other method, please let us know. Payment is to be made in Australian dollars in advance – on pick up or prior our delivery or courier. We do not accept crypto at this stage.
If you happen to extend the hire of the equipment, please let us know and we will run the payment on the credit card provided on the pick up day.
Yes we do. In short, for 8% of rental fees most of rental gear will get damage waiver with $500 excess. Some high end equipment has higher excess, so please talk to our office or check out our terms and condition for all the details.
We understand that jobs, assignments, and shoots can get postponed or cancelled. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. Our Cancellation Policy:
7+ Days Notice: Free cancellation; no fees applied.
Within 7 Days: A 50% fee of the rental total will be charged.
Within 24 Hours: A 100% fee of the rental total will be charged.
After Pick-up: Equipment already picked up is considered hired. No refunds are provided if your shoot is cancelled after this point.
Credit for Future Hire: If you incur a cancellation fee, we are happy to credit that amount toward your next rental, provided it is booked within 3 months of the cancellation date.
You will be charged for the full amount as per booking.
1 day rental will be charged for each late day.
