We do accept cash, bank trasnfer, eftpos and most credit cards (visa, mastercard, amex). There’s no surcharge for using credit cards. If you’d like to use any other method, please let us know. Payment is to be made in Australian dollars in advance – on pick up or prior our delivery or courier. We do not accept crypto at this stage.
If you happen to extend the hire of the equipment, please let us know and we will run the payment on the credit card provided on the pick up day.
Yes we do. In short, for 8% of rental fees most of rental gear will get damage waiver with $500 excess. Some high end equipment has higher excess, so please talk to our office or check out our terms and condition for all the details.
We understand your jobs, assignments, shoots can get postponed or cancelled. Please let us know as soon as you find out. There’s no fee for cancellations for 2 or more days prior the hire. If you do cancel within 24 hours from estimated pick up, you will be charged 50% of the rental total. We’re happy to use this fee against your next hire if it comes within 3 months from the cancellation.
You will be charged for the full amount as per booking.
