Connect the Serv Pro unit to your camera’s SDI or HDMI port, and up to 10 iOS devices running the free VUER app can monitor the camera’s video signal in resolutions up to 1080p with minimal 2-frame latency. The Teradek Serv Pro hire can achieve this through efficient H.264 compression schemes which maintain a high standard of video quality without requiring the massive bandwidth of uncompressed video solutions. Since the transmission is Wi-Fi based, the Serv Pro can be integrated into your local network for increased versatility. Also, multiple Serv Pro units can be linked over the same network for multi-camera monitoring functionalities. One iPad can monitor up to four simultaneous feeds at the same 1080p resolution and 2-frame latency as a single feed.
Furthermore, the Teradek Serv Pro hire connects to cameras via HDMI or 3G-SDI and streams over 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet to iOS devices connected to the same network. Each unit supports up to 10 simultaneous connections, whether you connect directly to Serv Pro or to the same wireless access point.
